Off-Subject.

I don't know if you've read about it, but in Fouke, Ark., a "church" was raided on suspicion of child porn being made there. Story here, in case you want to read up.


This is right down the road from me, about 30 minutes away. Keep the kids in your prayers, please. Everyone around here knows how out-there these people are, and i personally would not be surprised if the investigation does find child porn was made there.

My hope is that the kids are safe and are able to be removed from the area and from the people hurting them there.

But beyond art journaling, and just for fun, I love to check up on Elsie...her blog is oh so inspiring and fun, and I'm totally jealous of how creative she is.

And this girl's blog is pretty cool just cause she's so different. I don't know much about her...or really any of the people whose blogs I read..but I love the pics she uploads and her style is very very different.

I almost missed it.

lol. today has been filled. I left at 8:40 am...and was not back until around 12 hours later...


I'm in bed. In my pjs....about to get warm in snuggly. Scooter is totally passed out next to my knee, and I'm gonna start the hunt for something good on tv.







Tomorrow will start all the funness. But I didn't want to skip the VERY FIRST DAY of my blog week. Guess it's bad that blog week is starting on a friday....

There have been some things (small but still a big deal to me 'cause I'm that kinda person, lol) in my life that had me kind of out of it for a while.



But that's another story, and this is the FUN blog? (Although I think today is the first time I've called it that.)

Anywhoooo...I'm gonna start making new vids. This break gave me time to think of tons of new ideas. And in my first new video, there will be a little give away, so look forward to that.




I'm also gonna bust outta the art journal and have some vids doing different things. So...here's to a new chapter of OwlsAndElephants!

Oh...and I'm deeming the next week BLOG WEEK. Someone asked me if i could do challenges on here for you guys... I had had that plan when I began this, but that kind of got lost. So I'll be doing that. Each day for the next 7 days, I'll have a new idea, challenge, etc etc up.



AND ...trying to wrap up this all words post....I'm going to try and make some "beginner" videos. I'm not really sure how I'll go about this since I'm no expert in art journals...but you know...we'll see how this works out.

I'll be deleting this blog in the VERY near future.
