The Inter-webs Hate Me.

So begins another chapter in the saga that is my life.


That was such a mellow-dramatic beginning for this post.....






My Internet is DOWN. AGAIN. And we can't figure out what's wrong. So I'm begging off my dad's office computer to feel connected to the world.




And I have like a billion things I've been putting off that come tomorrow..MUST be done. Isn't that a snazzy feeling?!

Creative Challenge #2

Groungy, flourishy background

Here's a quick "tutorial" in a fun background.



1. Add just a tad of water to your craft paint.


2. Paint your flourish. Don't worry if it's imperfect, or sloppy or anything.


3. Wipe it off. Well more, dab at it with a paper towel. If you messed your flourish up, here is where you can fix it. Rub the towel a bit when you go over the mess up, and it'll make it look more grungy. Be sure not to wait too long since that paint sets pretty quickly.


4. And there's your grunged up background! Now this particular one isn't that great since I left the paint there for a bit to take the pic.





Finished product. Not that exciting, but I really love the back ground. And yes...I know my parentheses are not perfect haha.

I've got to get back on the horse. I've got a video sitting on my hard drive waiting to be edited. I have stuff to take pics of to share with you here. But I just can't seem to get to it. I've wasted away my summer. I've got the rest of august to make up for it...but really...is that the same?

Please know that I'm still here. I know there are only a few here who read this...and even those few probably don't check it since my updates are soooo far and few.
